Refund policy

Items can be returned in original condition for online credit within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us through our contact form (https://www.sikara.com/pages/contact-us) if you wish to return a piece. We will provide a return authorization and information on returning the item. Once received the online credit never expires. 

Please note: If a purchase is made for the holiday gifting season, we will be extending our return policy till January 15th. We do not issue refunds but can do an exchange or provide online credit for a future purchase.
